"Inside Sales" Executive

A long time, and valued client has asked us to assist them in finding a high acticvity, successful "inside sales" executive. This is outbound sales (mostly via phone) renewing existing clients on annual contracts. It is a professional, fun, casual dress environment. It is not in the insurance or financial services industries. There is no relocation for this position - you must live within driving distance of Des Moines, IA metro.

Candidates to be considered need to have a minimum of 2 years of successful selling (verifiable). This is not a customer service position - it is a "quota burdened" professional sales role.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related filed or equivalent proven experience
• Proven sales ability/experience- minimum 2 years (with a quota burden)
• Ability to work in a team atmosphere
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Detail Oriented
• Strong knowledge Microsoft Office products and experience with a CRM system

This job pays a base of $30K a year with above average benefits (401K, healthcare ect) for the Des Moines area. On target earnings (at or above quota) is $75K annually
